Context, leadership and planning

Chapters 4, 5 and 6 of the harmonised structure: context and interested parties, policy, risks and opportunities (6.1), quality objectives (6.2) and planning of changes (6.3).

Five deliverables you keep

Risk and opportunity matrix in editable format, with defined criteria.
2027 indicator dashboard with template and a worked example.
Annual schedule of internal audits and management review.
Evidence checklist per chapter of the standard.
Recording of the three sessions available for 60 days.

Certificate and technical review

At the end, each participant presents their plan in ten minutes and receives technical feedback. A 12-hour participation certificate with a verification code is issued.

Technical rigour of the references

The numerical references correspond to the harmonised structure of ISO 9001 (chapters 4 to 10), which is kept in the 2015 edition and in the 2026 revision: context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement. No clause numbers that do not exist in the current edition are quoted; where a requirement is reworded, we explain which evidence remains valid in both editions.

Workshop questions

Do I need an SGApp licence to attend?

No. We work with editable templates and the sessions are recorded. If you already have a licence, you load your plan into the platform during the sessions.

Does it work if my standard is not ISO 9001?

Yes. The planning structure is the same in ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Examples are adapted to the participants sector.

How do I pay from Bolivia?

You can pay by card or PayPal through the registration link ($27 USD), or in local currency by QR or bank transfer for Bs 270 (single exchange rate of 10 Bs per dollar).

What if I cannot attend all three live sessions?

The recording stays available for 60 days and the templates are delivered anyway. The plan review is arranged on an alternative date.

Is the fee deducted from the licence?

Yes. 100% of the $27 USD is credited as a discount if you buy an annual SGApp plan within 30 days after the workshop.

Do you issue an invoice?

Yes, with tax ID. Request it at registration with the company name and document number.
