These terms govern the use of the website urquiolasys.com, owned by Urquiola Sistemas y Soluciones S.R.L. By browsing the site you accept the conditions described here.

The site is informative and commercial in nature: it presents the consulting, auditing, training and software services of the company and makes it easier to contact potential clients.

2. Use of the site

• Attempting to access restricted areas, extracting content on a massive scale or introducing malicious code is not allowed.
• The information published is of a general nature and does not constitute technical or legal advice for a specific case.

3. Services and quotations

Service descriptions are indicative. The scope, deadlines and financial conditions of each project are agreed in writing between the parties through the corresponding proposal or contract.

4. Management platform (SGApp)

Access to the SGApp (urquiola.sys — Management System) platform is governed by the particular conditions of use and subscription provided to each client. Current plans, prices and payment methods are published at Platform and pricing. Use of this website does not by itself grant any right of access to that platform.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design, code, trademarks, logos and other contents of this site belong to Urquiola Sistemas y Soluciones S.R.L. or are used with authorisation. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written consent is not permitted.

The names, trademarks and names of bodies mentioned in the resources section belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only for technical and informative reference.

6. Links to third parties

The site includes links to external platforms (metrology and accreditation bodies, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or maps). We are not responsible for their contents or their privacy policies, and they imply no link, sponsorship or representation with those entities.

7. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for damages arising from the use of the site or from reliance placed on its informative content.

9. SGApp subscriptions: delivery, cancellation and refunds

• Digital delivery. SGApp is a software as a service (SaaS) hosted in the cloud. After payment confirmation, or when activating the 14-day free trial, the user receives the platform access credentials by email. There is no physical delivery and no installation costs.
• 14-day free trial. Trial access does not require a credit card and does not generate automatic charges at the end. Sign-up is immediate: you choose your password in the registration form and go straight into the platform, with no waiting for credentials by email. To keep the account active after the 14 days, the client must voluntarily subscribe to one of the plans published at Platform and pricing.
• Billing and cancellation. Subscriptions are monthly or annual, depending on the choice of the client. The client can disable automatic renewal at any time from the user panel or by writing to info@urquiolasys.com, with no penalties or exit costs. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; when renewal is automatic, the cancellation request must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the renewal date.
• Free trial and cancellation. We offer a 14-day free trial without a credit card so you can evaluate the system before paying. No plan has a minimum term or an exit penalty: you can change plan or cancel whenever you want, and export 100% of your data.
• Courses and workshops. Enrolment in recorded courses and live workshops is governed by the conditions of the platform where they are sold, which are informed before purchase.
• Authorised payment processors. International charges are processed securely through authorised technology partners acting as merchant of record. Local payment methods by QR or bank transfer are arranged directly with our team. We do not store card numbers.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the legislation applicable in the country of the registered address of the company. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that address.
