Phase 1 is what is already in production and you use from day one: the processes your system needs every day —planning and risks, documentation, people and competence, purchasing and suppliers, monitoring and quality, equipment and metrology, facilities and the commercial side—. Phase 2 adds the advanced technical modules for laboratory operations and analytics for decision-making, delivered progressively. Pro and Enterprise plans get priority access.

If you subscribe during the launch campaign, your rate stays frozen as long as you keep the subscription active without interruption: the list increases we announce later for new clients do not apply to you. The guarantee is lost only if you cancel and subscribe again later.

Managers create, edit and approve the system information and use a license. Collaborators consult and complete what concerns them —a self-assessment, a read acknowledgement— without using a manager license. Auditors get temporary, read-only access, only to the information you choose to show them, intended for internal, client or accreditation audits. All three roles are managed inside the platform.

No. Each company works in an isolated space and cannot see or query another company data. That isolation does not rely on a filter someone might forget to apply: it is enforced in the data engine, so that in any doubt the system prefers to show nothing rather than show another organization information. We verify it in every internal audit.

Every change is recorded with who did it, when and what was modified, in a history that cannot be edited or deleted from the interface (ALCOA+ criteria: attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original and accurate). When you delete a record, the system marks it as deleted instead of destroying it: it stops appearing in daily work but is kept for traceability and audit.

The platform runs on professional server infrastructure, with encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access and monitoring. We take care of maintenance, updates and availability, so your team has nothing to administer.

Every session is issued with an expiry and can be revoked immediately if a device is lost or someone leaves the organization. Passwords are stored encrypted —nobody, not even us, can read them— and access requires personal credentials per user, not a single shared account for the whole company.

No. The platform works on a zero-upload basis: original documents, certificates and records stay in your hands and are only referenced from the system. That reduces the risk of loss or leakage and saves you from migrating files. You decide what gets linked and what does not.

Nothing dramatic: we do not delete your work by surprise. When the trial ends, or if you decide not to renew, we give you advance notice and the account is deactivated at the end of the paid period. Your data is kept for a reasonable period and, if you later decide to come back, the account is reactivated just as it was. And if you prefer to leave with your information, you can export it from the system before the account closes.

The platform is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese, and each user chooses their language without affecting the others. This website can also be read in all three languages.
